An Independent Comparison of 3 World-famous
Windows Hosting Companies – GoDaddy Vs. Webhost4life Vs. Arvixe:

Maybe this is the first time you’ve ever heard about them, Arvixe is a leading windows 2003 & 2008 server web hosting service provider. Webhost4life is a featured ASP.NET web hosting service provider started business since 1999. Here I didn’t prepare to compare with their domain registrations service. Of course, Go Daddy is one of the best & largest domain registration service providers, looks like there’s no one company can compare with their domain registration reliability. Here I’d like to compare with their web hosting service. If you’re interested in, welcome to follow us on Twitter.

Reliability

All of the 3 web hosting companies announced to offer 99.9% uptime guarantee. Who is most reliable? Currently, Go Daddy is serving over 10 million websites, Arvixe is serving 850,000 websites and Webhost4life is serving over 200,000 websites. Of course, from the total amounts, Go Daddy seems to be most trusted. But you cannot make the conclusions so fast. First, we must admit Go Daddy is a good web hosting, one web hosting can host 1 million domain names, it must have something special which is different with the others. Is Go Daddy the best web hosting service for you? Whatever, we cannot make the conclusion so fast. In my opinion, Arvixe web hosting is one of the most reliable web hosting. Why? As you see, when you use “Arvixe Reviews”, “Arvixe Complaints”.. to search on the Google, you’re hard to find any complaints about their web hosting. Arvixe started business since 2003 but it has become of the fastest growing web hosting in the industry.

Control Panel

Go Daddy takes its own control panel, Arvixe & Webhost4life are using cPanel control panel. Go Daddy control panel is a careful selection of task-centered menus (Domain Names, Email, Websites, Secure Certs, Customer Info, etc.) all selectable by clicking on large, obvious buttons. Pretty basic and standard fare. Even it’s not as good as the icon-based cPanel, it’s still a not bad one. I think cPanel is not strange for many developers. Almost 90% of web hosting companies are choosing cPanel as their control panel. cPanel has many colorful features, such as you can install Joomla, WordPress, CMS scripts easily with their Fantastico add-on.

Pricing

Arvixe windows web hosting plan price starts from $5.00/month and you can save 20% cost if you sign up via our website. Webhost4life’s windows server price starts from $4.95/mo(No free MsSQL) and Go Daddy’s hosting server price starts from $4.74/mo. From the price, you may find Arvixe is the cheapest windows web hosting. Arvixe is cheapest but providing the most features in their web hosting. As you see, you can create unlimited MsSQL 2008 databases in their web hosting. But as you see, there’s no free MsSQL database in Webhost4life service. And GoDaddy is a bit cheaper but you can find there are many restricted functions. So whatever from the web hosting price or from its hosting features, Arvixe will be your first option.

Conclusion:

If you’d like to register a new domain name, I think you can register the domain name with Go Daddy and if you’d like to look for a good web hosting between GoDaddy Vs. Arvixe Vs. Webhost4life, personally recommend Arvixe web hosting as your first option! You can trust with our honest web hosting reviews, the Arvixe windows server could be one of the best in today’s web hosting industry. And Arvixe offers monthly payment plan, you can try to sign up a new web hosting account with them monthly. If you’re satisfied with their web hosting, you can choose to extend the service. If not, they offer 60 days long full money back guarantee and you could feel no worry about any more.

  1. Webhost4life is the worst hostig provider I have ever seen. They changed platform and become even worse. They have problems with server settings and support feeds me with promises more than 10 DAYS.

  2. Webhost4life was ABSOLUTELY the WORST provider I have ever used!!!! They were great for the first 6 months, and then screwed up many of the services through a server migration. At one point, I was spread across TWO environments and could not update my sites. Finally, after they “fixed” my problem, my site was no longer accessible. The true fix came when I moved to another provider (Arvixe). I have been very happy with the service, support, and performance so far at Arvixe!

  3. Arvixe.com is really cool windows hosting. Much superior than godaddy.com windows hosting in all aspects.

  4. Just cancelled my hosting with GoDaddy. Don’t know about the other 2, but wouldn’t recommend hosting with GoDaddy. It’s that bad.
