What Types of hosting service do JustHost offer?
JustHost offers two shared hosting plans – JustPlan and JustPlan Premium. Both hosting plans offer unlimited disk space, bandwidth, email accounts as well as every other feature you expect from a professional web hosting company; the differences between these two package are the price and the number of free domain. For JustPlan Premium, monthly price is $8.95/mo, users get 3 free domains for life; while for JustPlan, monthly price is $3.95/mo, users get 1 free domain for life.
If I cancel my account, can I reactivate it?
Your account can be reactivated by Just Host if you cancel it. If you originally cancelled within the first 30 days of service, we would re-charge your account for the amount that we refunded to you. If you cancel after the first 30 days of service, we can reactivate your account for you at no charge. Reactivations can take up to 24 hours to complete.
If I cancel my account after 30 days can I get a refund with your anytime money back guarantee?

Do you support Shoutcast?
Shoutcast is supported on any of Just Host’s dedicated server accounts, but not currently on our shared hosting plans. Please contact our sales team onsales@Justhost.com for further information.

Am I allowed to host adult content using Just Host?
Yes, as long as the material does not infringe on any copywrites.
How do I add a user to my cPanel account?
Only one primary login can be issued per cPanel account, so it is not currently possible to add a new user.
Do you offer monthly payment plans on all of your packages?
All of our Just Host plans come with a monthly billing option. Once you have selected the plan for you, you will be given the payment options which are montly, semi-annually and annually.
What versions of PHP and MySQL do you provide?
Just Host currently offers PHP 5.2.5 and MySQL 5.0.45 with all hosting plans.
How do I access my site using SSH?
You can purchase SSH for your account at any point through your cPanel account. Simply click on SSH in the Optional Account Addons and then click ‘Add Extra’. SSH costs $19.95 per year.
Does JustHost offer Ruby on Rails support?
Yes, we offer Ruby on Rails support. The web program can be found in your cPanel account under ‘Software/Service’ as ‘RubyGems’.
Can I upgrade to another package?

Do I get a Site Seal when I purchase an SSL Certificate?
Yes you do receive a Site Seal when you purchase an SSL Certificate.
Does Just Host support PostgresSQL?
PostgresSQL is not currently supported by Just Host at this time, however, we do offer MySQL. Please contact sales team on sales@Justhost.comfor further information.
Do you support FastCGI or WSGI?
At present Just Host only support FastCGI and not WSGI.
Do you offer SSL Certificates?
A shared SSL Certificate is provided with every Just Host account. Private SSL Certificates are available to purchase from Just Host through your cPanel account at any time.
Please click on Private SSL in the Optional Account Addons section and select ‘Add Extra’ from the upgrade list. A Private SSL costs $69.95 per year.
Can I install TeamSpeak on a shared hosting account?
It is only possible to install TeamSpeak on Just Host’s dedicated server hosting packages at the moment, as it requires a large amount of resources from the server.
Can I transfer an existing domain to Just Host?
If you want to transfer a domain name over to Just Host you must make sure of the following:
- The domain is over 60 days old.
- The email address on file with the registrar is one that you can receive transfer requests to.
- The domain is unlocked. If you change the status of your domain please wait four hours before submitting a request for transfer.
- The domain is not in any of the following status’: locked, pending deletion, pending renewal or expired.
- You should try to achieve a domain transfer at least 2 weeks before the domain renews to avoid any complications.
If the above are all resolved then you need to simply select transfer on the domain page and enter your domain. Then process your order as normal and once you have received your confirmation email you can point your nameservers to Just Host.
