I have done business with both companies. Just Host had terrible customer service. Whenever I called them, the representative would say that I needed to talk to a “Level 3 Technician”, and that Level 3s were only available by email. They often did not read my questions properly. When I finally decided that they were no good, I told them that I was transferring my domain to another host and canceling my services with them. They terminated my service, and when I tried to transfer my domain to WordPress.com, it turned out that I needed a code from Just Host to complete the process. They refused to talk to me until I paid $70 to reactivate my service with them.
I am now hosted with GoDaddy, and their service is a whole lot better. It’s slightly more expensive, but it’s really awesome to be able to talk on the phone with someone who actually knows something.
