With respect to storage and bandwith, I’ll give them 5 stars. Tech support is by what Super call “ticket” All you have to do is send a form outlining the problem and you get a very speedy reply with a person’s name and email address if you need further assistance. Again 5 stars. The control panel is simple to use. I’ve had no problems with billing

The only problem I have is their email system went down and there was no explination given.

They guarantee 99.9% uptime, but they rarely make it. After 3+ years with them I finally figured out that I need to move. It is not unusual for both shared and dedicated hosting to be completely down for 3 hours a week. When it is back online you get explanations like, “there was a power outage”. You can Never reach anyone on the phone. I’m starting to wonder if they are even staffed on the weekends.
