I’ve found them to be a solid host though and work well for basic web applications, backed by reasonable support too. I’ve been using this host for a while now and I’ve not had any problems so far. Before starting my website/forum, I did a good bit of research in order to determine the best cost/quality hosting service. I’m glad I did, and that I chose VpsNext.com! We’ve been with them for two years now using a shared server. Uptime is pretty good–it does drop out on occasion, but never for more than a few minutes. The server a friend was using for our predecessor forum went down a LOT more frequently, often for hours at a time. When I’ve had technical issues to deal with, response has always been prompt, friendly, and in good English. If you have a website, you KNOW how important this is!
After looking at this website, I was initially inclined to go with a cheaper and higher rated site, but some of the reviews looked almost “too good to be true” Then I came across VPSNEXT.COM. I called them, and spoke with a rep. He was helpful and answered my questions. I use my site primarily it for email and it runs excellent. I’m able to check email on my cell phone and on my outlook. I don’t really have a website right now, just a coming soon page.

We have an ecommerce site that is hosted on VpsNext.com and I can say I am blown away with the service. I was a bit unsure to start with because they are so expensive but whenever I have had a problem (always at my end) they have sorted innless then an hour. I have contacted them Sundays – in the middle of the night peak times day – they are always on hand.
You can easily depend on VpsNext.com if you want to publish a site. They are good at this work. You can get lot of facilities with them. Their package is little expensive but you will get a lot facilities with the price. You will get everything what you needed. You can add anything to your site because there is no limitation to add anything. You are getting 50 GB space if you sign up with them.

I’ve been through a number of VPS hosts and experienced a number of problems. I have faced horrible performance, to worse support, and failed hardware causing downtime etc. VPSNext is not one of those hosts.
I’ve been with VPSNext for 2 years now, and have no intention of switching. I’m happy to recommend them to friends, and can almost be considered an evangelist because I hate seeing people pay too much for horrible hosting. No host will ever be “perfect” every time, but they’re friendly, eager to help, have great prices, and good competent support. If there’s anything that you need, they’re always happy to try to accommodate as best they can.
