i wonder are the comments still moderated and fake?
I guess now that webhost4life has sold, this site is no longer monitored and moderated. We tried to repond to this biased review a while ago but they did not publish our rebuttal. This site is maintained by the former marketing people at webhost4life so nothing here can be truly trusted and the only reason for this site is for Search engine spamming. You can tell by all the keyword stuffing on every page of the site.
I don’t agree I’ve been with WebHost4life for almost 3 years and their servers is always down for several minutes. I’m still with webhost4life but desperately looking other hosting to move before my business go down due to the bad service Webhost4life offer to its customers.
You are right about one thing… WebHost4Life offer cheap services, but that is also their biggest downfall.. The level of customer support is absurd and lucicrous. I have never gotten this menial level of support even at the local supermarket where the cashiers are not technically savvy.
Here’s a real example…
I reported an issue, subject: “database inaccessible”, message body: “Website is driven by the database, which means clients have no service”. The tech emails me 2 DAYS later, “I checked the website (login page) and it is up and running”. What the hell is that??? He didn’t try to access the database at all which is really the issue, so what if the login page loads? Did U try logging in to the site… nahhh, he figures if the site is accessible, the database is OK and that it works. I wish I had him as a big multi-million dollar account client, I’d be filthy rich!
