WebHostingPad Performance:

WebHostingPad announces to guarantee at least 99.9% uptime to every of their customers, however, according to our real hosting experience with this company, their server uptime is far behind their guarantee. 12 months ago, one of our premium editors have set up a new WordPress website with WebHostingPad basic plan, and we’ve monitored its internet connectivity at a 30-minute interval with Pindom until present. Finally, we found the company’s average uptime only achieves 98.5%, which is much lower than most of the other Linux hosting companies.

WebHostingPad Customer Support:

WebHostingPad also provides 24×7 technical support to every of their clients, with which consumers can easily contact with their support team via toll-free phone call, live chat and E-mail. However, their support efficiency is not that optimistic. We’ve sent an e-mail to their technical support team about website transfer, and after one day, we’ve received an unclear and complicated answer which is total helpless.

Summary:

To be honest, our editors don’t recommend WebHosting as your first web hosting choice, though their hosting price is very attractive, its hosting performance is not that satisfied and the technical support is too poor.

  1. I am not a programmer nor am I an engineer. I am an average male with an entrepreneur spirit. That said, this web hosting company is real ideal for those people. I have been a customer longer than anticipated. I try and build my website and build so much frustration with the non “User friendly” rvglobalsoft software they provide for Web DIYers that I put it to the side for another day. I have been doing that far to long now. I still manage to muster up the Challenge once in awhile to Start-Finish my website. I wish it was more like the old Yahoo Free website builder that had Frontpage drag n drop for folks like me. But for now I will try again, with Iced coffee in hand I will Try again. Someday I will finish this website or Move On…Prices by the way are not that bad $60.ooUSD per year?
